During
the period from 1998 until 2011 I managed our business, the SWAKOPMUNDER
BUCHHANDLUNG, together with my husband. In my capacity as a bookseller I
attended to the acquisition of all German books as well as stationery, games
and an assortment of various other articles from publishers and wholesalers. I
established new business contacts and modernised the logistics from former sea
transport to air cargo shipments, always keeping in mind our objective: “The

We
digitalized the operational processes and I was responsible for the training of
our employees. Due to the familiar working atmosphere we could always count on
the loyalty of our employees during our long-standing teamwork. Some of the
employees even remained devoted to the next generation.
In my
capacity as owner of the company SWAKOBS - Swakopmund Bureau Services (2001)
& Systemic Constellations (2003) I am combining my expertise in finances
and business management, aiming to assist enterprises in Namibia to flourish,
while following my passion for promoting the development potential in people.
